Can I apply for leave on weekends?
Yes! You can submit leave requests 24/7. However, admin reviews typically occur during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Weekend submissions will be reviewed on the next business day.
What types of documents do I need to upload?
Depending on your leave type: Medical Leave requires a medical certificate (MC), Emergency Leave may require proof of emergency, Family Matters might need official documentation. Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG (max 5MB).
How many leave days am I entitled to per year?
The standard annual leave quota is 12 days per academic year. You can view your remaining balance on your dashboard. This may vary based on your institution's policy.
Can I cancel a leave request after submitting?
Yes, you can cancel any leave request that is still in "PENDING" status. Once approved or rejected, cancellations require contacting your administrator directly. To cancel, go to your dashboard and click the "Cancel" button on the pending request.
What if my leave request is rejected?
If rejected, you'll receive a notification with the admin's comments explaining the reason. You can then address the concerns and submit a new request. Common rejection reasons include insufficient documentation, overlapping requests, or policy violations.
