1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the Breyer Student Leave Management System ("Service") operated by Breyer Educational Services ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all students, administrators, and staff who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be a currently enrolled student or authorized staff member of a participating educational institution
• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• Use your institutional email address for registration

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must maintain the security of your password and account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.2 Account Security

• Do not share your password with others
• Create a strong, unique password
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
• Enable available security features

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You misuse the Service or harm other users
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• You are no longer enrolled/employed at your institution

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Submit legitimate leave requests
• Track the status of your applications
• Manage your leave balance
• Receive notifications about your requests
• Access your account history

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Submit false or fraudulent leave requests
• Forge or alter documents
• Access another user's account without permission
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape data
• Upload malicious files or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or administrators
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

5. Leave Request Guidelines

5.1 Request Submission

• All information provided must be truthful and accurate
• Supporting documents must be genuine and unaltered
• Requests should be submitted in advance when possible
• Emergency requests require appropriate documentation

5.2 Leave Approval

• Leave approval is at the discretion of authorized administrators
• Approval does not guarantee automatic attendance forgiveness
• Institutional policies take precedence over system approvals
• Administrators may request additional documentation

5.3 Document Uploads

• Only upload documents relevant to your leave request
• Ensure documents are clear and readable
• Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant content
• Maximum file size: 5MB per document
• Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Breyer Educational Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Our Content

• All text, graphics, logos, and software are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Screenshots may be used for personal reference only

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (documents, photos)
• By uploading, you grant us a license to store and display your content
• You warrant that your content does not violate third-party rights

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

We are not liable for:
